Any ways or addons to make the hud disappear?

Unfortunately I have no idea how to do that, so I'm asking if there's a way to do it or an addon for it. If not then I'd like to request one.

I forgot to mention that you have to replace the .bmps as well with blank images, replace every .png and .bmp image except semi.png, shotgun.png, smg.png, and target.png (these are your sights). You will have to replace the images at the png folder and fonts folder.
