I found the yesterday a free server hoster just can not change server name.
The server hoster site is:http://launch.team9000.net Register and Host your server.
Server gamemodes:TC,CTF,TDM
and....The server name:NK13xx Team9000 [CTF,TC,TDM]
Loctaion is:US. (i not search the administration password)

wow nice find! It works great for me but I wish you could access admin and change the maps/scripts. I get around 90-100 ping on my server which is pretty good and its in the US as well. Hopefully they will add more features in the future.

they have updated their maps as well and some of them are pretty nice
