By ordering this offer (http://www.harmony-hosting.com/store/vps/aos), you'll receive a Linux Server with Ace Of Spades installed. A TeamSpeak3 server will be installed too on the server

You should just edit the file AceOfSpades/config.txt to modify the configuration, etc with a FTP Software like Filezilla.
Some commands are available like aos console to see the AOS Console or aos restart to restart the AOS Server.

As it is a Linux server, you can install whatever you want (web server, mumble, Minecraft server...).
