I am French and I want to make a community FR. Just a Facebook page to regroup French players and try to revive this game.
I want to make a server but I do not know how to host it.
Can I put the server on Rasperry Pi? Is it necessary to have a lot of internet?

Yes, you can put it on your raspberry pi. However, you will need to know how to forward ports etc and preferrably have a relatively static IPv4 address.
