I'm getting kicked without reason

I was playing AoS quite a lot. Starting from... v 0.5 i guess? Doesn't matter. And i was votekicked few times for being a "hacker".
I am playing only on Call of Liberty mCtf, and it's quite annoying to be kicked after ten minutes of playing because players of the other team thinks that you are playing too good. Can i, or anyone else, do something about that?

Join the club happens all the time with me on that server.

Pretty much because the admins of that server are always inactive.

Some servers have "trusted"

Basically, admins can set trusted passwords which they give out to (you guessed it) trusted users.

Once you have a trusted password for a server, just say /login <insert trusted pass here> and then you wont be able to be votekicked.

To get a trusted password, you'll have to speak to the server admin, and they probably shouldn't give you one unless they know and trust you.
