clan groups?

This is a new feature I recently found out about but I think it would be cool. The Jagex forums have it set to where you can PM anyone in your clan's group. Think of it as a mass PM system which allows you to easily get the word out. The BnS forums also have these groups for the badges which allow for the same thing. The feature would let clan leaders easily communicate with members but the only downside is that people out of the group might be able to mass PM as well which could lead to some spam. What do you guys think?

That mentality will get you no where, it is a good feature so we should use it. It does not matter that Jagex came up with it first.
