I like this forum. Only thing I would add would be some better forum layout, not that the organization on this site is bad.

I'd go for about 75/100 - sorry, but the site is pretty ugly at the moment. It's got that 90's forum portal feel to it, you've got dark military camo next to sky baby blue. There's no depth to it - it's totally flat with the exception of the bar with "play now" and "community" in it. Also, the ads keep crashing my flash player.
Don't take this the wrong way - I love what's being done here, I fully support it and offer my help where I can. But this site wasn't designed by anyone with any formal graphical education - probably designed by a computer scientist. I probably couldn't do any better, but it wouldn't be hard to find a better template than this, even just one in dark green to go with the background.
So yeah, I love the idea and concept and community and everything about it, just not the way it looks.
edit: I don't like the way it looks, yet*.
