Thought-provoking impulse

Before you start flaming, i'm not a moralizer or a pussy and I know that bns is often a lot of fun but i'd like to see some changes here. Maybe AoS (the game, Jagex etc.) isn't the only reason that made many people jump off.
Anyways, I'm going to pre-order
Starbound( a hopefully great game btw ) so i took a look at their forum and I was positively surprised. I could explain my thoughts, but see by yourself
http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php. Most of all, i like how (almost) everyone is
friendly ,
helpful and
kind there and the discussion doesn't end with people spamming or hating.
I think this is a good idea for example:
http://community.playstarbound.com/inde ... les.26557/.
I know that the number of active people there is higher and the average age probably too, but we could maybe learn something by watching them or other communities.
I want to hear your opinions about my thoughts but I'd rather prefer a constructive discussion instead of
u w00t m8, squares best mlg clan, get ur lazy ass up and program it by yourself, dis is the interwebs deal with ...
To
some of the 11,12,13,14,15 years old: there is something called "respect", just saying.
PS: I haven't read through the whole Starbound forum and I don't like everything there. It's not necessary to search for a stupid thread there and post it here to prove me wrong.
PSS: I tried to sound serious, i'm not native and you can keep every spelling/grammar mistake you find :).

i have to say i agree.
i feel like there is this small group of people who are here to fuck with people because those people are not "advanced" to the point that they are, or if they are, they'll find something just to show off how "dumb" that person is related to them. or they'll just come up with an excuse to talk/do shit.

Who gives you that impression? All the trolls and shitposters are here for the lulz. Ergo, they are actually helping others by brightening up their day!
12-year olds apparently are uncommonly intelligent in this community, so it's probably not them, that you're talking about.

This seems like more of an advertisement for Starbound than anything else.

Extremely wrong. Just look at your boyfriend.
And tungdil: gay.
tungdil wrote:Most of all, i like how (almost) everyone is friendly , helpful and kind there and the discussion doesn't end with people spamming or hating.
Gay.
tungdil wrote: i'm not native and you can keep every spelling/grammar mistake you find :).
Neither am I. That's a really dumb excuse these days.
tungdil wrote:It's not necessary to search for a stupid thread there and post it here to prove me wrong.
Yes it is. In fact, I think I found the right ones.
Autistic:
http://community.playstarbound.com/inde ... ing.13282/
http://community.playstarbound.com/inde ... rld.30767/
Just plain stupid:
http://community.playstarbound.com/inde ... ons.31023/
http://community.playstarbound.com/inde ... air.28179/
When the forums are flooded with retarded 11-15 year olds like BnS forums, you'll see the exact same thing.
