I want to suggest a ShoutBox so that the other user cant use IRC can chat cause I cant use IRC anymore in a reason I dont know
I want to suggest Chatango chat too so that BnS will be popular
I want to suggest easier options like that you can change the size of letter and number and can change the color of letters and numbers in easier option like just clicking what they want size or color

Changing the font and letter size is not that hard

the only reason someone would be unable to use irc is either if they are too lazy to use it (i mean, if they can't click on webchat they also wont be able to use a shoutbox), or banned for misbehaving.
both types of persons won't be missed in the chat :)

What's the issue with joining the IRC room?

I have no idea what Chatango is, but it looks like it's the same thing as a Shoutbox.

You can already change those under the advanced options.

(Also why is your sig in HTML format, it doesn't work like that)

The cat you are talking about is related to a ip ban, I got one because I have a dynamic ip.
If you have a dynamic ip then thats the problem sometimes you will get that message.

dynamic ip = ip address keeps changing whenever you restart you router

When my parents had satellite internet the cat always appeared when I visited my parents. But it also said if I used something else besides webchat or auth'd it would go away.

seeing as there is no youtube tutorial embedded in the cat, it would be a problem for certain people, since it would force them to actually read something...
