Why is version 0.75 recommended?

Why is Game Client 0.75 and Server Versions 0.75 recommended?
What logic is it based on? I personally would prefer the 100% accuracy rifle of 0.76.

.75 has more players and more servers

Because 0.76 is not known about by most of the in game community

All servers must be .76.
