The background only extends a few pixels below the main page.
When viewing a page shorter than my browser window (for example "User Control Panel" ) the bottom of my page is white.

I'm using Chrome.

ps.
Bonus bug: The scroll bar is always showing, and I can always scroll a few pixels even on pages that good and well fit in my browser window. Often exposing the earlier mentioned white background color.

I would try ctrl+shift+f5 and see if that corrects

It does not. Are you saying that you are not getting this problem?

The bottom half of that page shows no background graphics for me.

Oh I see what you mean, dan, you have to put the image repeating on the y axis, too.

I don't see any background..I only see white..

The background should fill all space now and you shouldn't be able to scroll for no reason anymore.

Yes, it is fixed. Good job :D

For me it is working perfectly... so is it fixed now?
