Avatar Size Limit

I think a small change in the avatar dimension limit is needed. I've noticed that full sized avatars without a transparent background has a tendency to cover the online indicator, plus it sort of messes with the body size, too.

I'd rather the online indicator was just fixed to go over the avatar.
