Can somebody help me with installing BaS (not openspades) on Linux Mint 17?

it's not possible. you would need the source, and the original was not open source.

It's certainly possible using wine (PlayOnLinux makes it pretty easy to manage).
Grab the installer for the version you want from
here.
It's been a while so I can't help you with the specifics, but hopefully that'll be enough for you to go on :)

Shutter is a feature-rich screenshot program. you can take a screenshot of a specific area, window, your whole screen, or even of a website - apply different effects to it, draw on it to highlight points, and then upload to an image hosting site, all within one window...
