Localhost connect

When the link is clicked the window asking for the port pops up.
When you click OK:
Opens two windows asking what launcher to use.
When you click Cancel:
Opens one windows asking what launcher to use.
This is meant to be a bug/issue report. Another one might be that it says I have 1 new message in my inbox but my inbox is empty.
