How do i get a youtube badge?

There is no youtube badge. Sorry.

A YouTube badge sounds like a good idea.

and thus everyone created a youtube account, posted one video and talked about how great bns is and how the community doesn't have retards to get a cool badge

You should know that isn't an official badge, badges aren't given out like that, and only admins can hand out badges, which Lincent isn't one.

I've been producing quality YouTube videos for this game for three years now.

YouTube has also included verification badges for those who complete the right steps. It works like a Twitter feed that is checked for authenticity so you don't go around following some dude pretending to be Katy Perry.
