Begging for help is just annoying, and not going to improve your chances. In future, ask calmly. Also, this is the completely wrong section to ask in, so actually look to see where it should go next time - there is already an answer to your question in the correct section of the forum.
If you are sure it wasn't a voteban, which only lasts for about half an hour, go to the forum or IRC channel of the server you were banned from and appeal.

For one be more mature, you cant alk to the server owner maybe? If it was aloha or minit just go to aloha.pk or minit.nu to appeal to them. You can also check if you are banned over at minit by doing a ban check.
