This is a clan/guild, therefore I have posted it in the Clan Recruitment Page. There aren't any rules on what the clan is about, ipso facto this isn't spam at all.

This sub-forum is dedicated to small and big clans based on Ace of Spades .75/.76, not Fairy Tail. So yes, you've posted this in the wrong section. You should ask an admin to move this to the 'Other Games' section.

It's pretty clear in the first post that it's an AoS group, but mainly for fans of said anime. If you would have read the thread before posting, you would have seen where it mentions 'Ben Aksoy' and 'all skill levels are welcome'. Lastly, if you think something is spam, report it rather than complaining about it in the thread, so then staff can actually see it and deal with it. What you are doing here gets us nowhere.
