I have ran clans before in other games

Well buddy maybe you should think a bit differently after running several clans that failed in 2 weeks. Also please sir put an effort into this.

Laziness will not make your clan look good

Hm, it's great that you've decided to start a clan, but there a few things that I would recommend adding/revising into your post.

-You should probably extend your application format and have it include something that has more to do with the person behind the screen, not their player model. Ask them about who they are, not about what gun mod they use. You should care more about who they are as a person as opposed to how they fare in-game.

-It's great that your clan will have meetings, but you should probably expand upon this idea. Explain what will happen at the meetings, what will get done, how they will be set up, etc.

-Develop your rules more thoroughly. The unarmed man part is kind of silly, as at certain distances it's hard to discern what a player is holding (125+ blocks). You should also add rules that pertain to regular gameplay and conduct (no hacking, no griefing, no spamming, etc.) as well as clan policies (no multiclanning and the like). I'm not saying you have to add these specific examples, but beefing up your rules to include some important policies to go by and reinforcements on the rules of thumb of ace of spades will help you out big time.

-I would recommend creating a format for other clans to apply for alliances. Having an alliance with another clan is a great way to get interconnected with the community, and learn more about others as well as your fellow members.
