That is a poor introduction, make an application for joining in case a hacker/greifer joins the clan and makes a bad reputation for the clan. Good luck with the clan I guess. ( Doesn't look to good with that intro though )

You should put more information about the clan. The more you put more people get attention about the clan. Maybe put some ground rules or information about when you want clan matches. Stuff like that make the clan more better. I know I am not a leader of a clan but if I was this is the stuff I would put In.

I agree, you might need to put more information why people will want to get in your clan. Fix up your grammar a bit too.
