Minit Clan-hosting

Back before Jagex hit the AoS scene, before 1.0, almost all Ace of Spades clan operated through a "subsection" system on the old Ace of Spades forum. It was fantastic, because the clan scene was very centralized and moderation was, for the most part, entirely up to the moderators (usually the clan leader/s) of that particular section. When the old forum was taken down, many clans struggled to find new means of operation and communication, and indeed some died out entirely.
Minit is a server-hosting entity/group most of you will be aware of. Our site is set up very similarly to the old Ace of Spades forums and we've decided to put in place similar infrastructure to support Ace of Spades clans. We're looking to expand on what we currently have; as of now, two clans have a subsection.
There's currently no "application" system, nor any prerequisite criteria to gain a subsection.
If you're interested in using this system to operate and organise your Ace of Spades clan, please don't hesistate to drop by our IRC, we can more than likely work something out.
Please bear in mind that if you do have a subsection on our site, moderation of that subsection is almost entirely your responsibility. If you're having trouble with your subsection, please visit our IRC and we'll see what we can do, or direct you to the right people. :)
