Want Advise or Tips for your Clan?

Being the leader of a well developed clan such as my past clan, F4TAL I am happy to give tips to leaders and help them with recruiting or other things related to clans in Ace of Spades.
I can give good advise on how to increase your flow of recruits into your clan, how to increase the rate of people applying and other sorts of stuff. Im willing to help any clan which is in distress or just wants to be a better clan leader.
Support is the best thing a clan can get ;)

Right, I used to be a part of F4TAL, my name was F4TALxDAEMON my Forum name was AWAS (AngelWithAShotgun). And since F4TAL disbanded i started anew and made a new account and joined a new clan. I have sstarted to recruit but not sure how I recruit as many as I can... I guess I could use some wise words of my past-clan's leader :/ can you help me?
I started with my sig as you may be able to tell...
