If he wants to start a clan, then he can start a clan. He doesn't have to follow any guidelines.

highly recommended though or else it goes down in flames. if he wants our attention he needs to give us an application sheet. Give us a motive why he wants a clan. What's the goal of the clan?

Its a good thing to follow guidlines other wise it will die like all my clans [CO]coconut, or that bear clan i made and many more-rookie99
