Hmm like make the section by section more organised by making RULES all caps or make them large or u can also add colors [:
also roaster make a section n make some ranks if u want if u have some pics that represents ur clan then put it in there n other things like as clan match application(but u dont have any members yet so maybe not right now) if u have ranks in roaster u can explain wut their job to do in ur clan is.
adding pics will make more interesting n also signatures for more info look at the clan tips

You should improve the introduction area as it just seems too short. I know nothing about your clan except that you allow all ages. You should also add the link correctly: http://fciclanofficial.weebly.com/

it's not that good to have so much ranks for ur clan but its ur choice to minimize it or keep it that way
