I am talking about the AK vs forums event next Saturday, 0.76 would be a downgrade as we would have less players. I think we need to upgrade the ram for the server, I will look into it over the weekend.

Maybe a stupid question, but what is a forums event? Just like a regular match, but it is AK vs. various forum members? Also, with regard to the server, keep it with 0.75 because I still haven't gotten the BnS launcher to work, so I would have to uninstall/reinstall to go onto the server, and then back to 0.75 because it has people.

I'm able to make it to Friday 6PM and Saturday 5PM but I'm not 100% sure I'll make it to those matches.

Looked at the video, and that is for the old launcher. That version worked perfectly fine fore me, but the updated one is not working. When I run it, it automatically tries to download 0.75 and 0.76, but it gets stuck on the step, "Error: validating." I left it there for a couple hours, but it still did nothing. I have tried completely uninstalling Aos and Bns Launcher and starting fresh like three times, but that didn't do anything. Any way that you know of to get the old launcher because that one worked fine for me.

Alright, not sure what you are talking about Jdrew, I uninstalled everything just now in the control panel thing you did in the video
downloaded launcher, started it up, and installed it.
Then I ran it, clicked next, and said to download both versions (75, 76)
Then it just got stuck on the message, "Unpacking..."
The problem I'm having is that I have both installers for 0.75 and 0.76, but I don't know how to, "point the installer to them." Right when I open up the installer, it gives me the two choices to point the installer to existing game installations or download them. It never lets me give them the path to the installations though, when I click next, it just starts trying to download the installations. This is super frustrating, and want to get it fixed because I'm getting sick of having to uninstall/reinstall and redo all my mods whenever I want to change versions. If you don't know how to fix it, I will post it in the right topic and see if anyone else knows how to.

You could uninstall the BnS launcher then instal AoS then instal the BnS launcher and chose use an existing game installation. This should get the launcher working for you. Then just go into installations and add one of the installers. You could also try just selecting only one of the versions to download and add the other version manually. If none of that works I have an older version of the launcher I can upload to dropbox for you.

If you download both versions (Just name the folders different things, example aos for 75 and aos76 for 76) and navigate to the base folder (My game folders are straight on my hard drive) on command prompt, you can launch it like that. Example: cd C:/aos (enter) client -(server ip)
It takes a bit longer, but it's how I've been launching my game for a year or so. For 76, do cd C:/aos76/aosbeta (enter)
client -(server ip) (enter) to launch it.

Hmm, from past times I tried to get both versions installed on the computer, when I already installed one version and open the other it either says, "You already have a better version," or it will just update 0.75. I'll try it out though with different names when I can. Thanks.

Edit: didn't work. I installed 0.76 (with the name aos76), and then when I tried to install 0.75, it said that there was already a better version installed and then ended the installation. Also, for the forums event, can we only have 5 AK members like a normal match?

Did you try doing what I said? Also thorean, the forums match is what ever we want it to be. It is an event we make and the rules we decide. I need a time though as I am posting it tomorrow.
