Well i started jobs with design again if some people want a sign/avatar or wallpaper can contact me from skype or from pm's in the forum, maybe i think skype can be helpfull.

I find irc outdated tbh, it isn't company supported and it needs updating. The functions of the thing are a bit outdated and not sufficient for todays standards. I prefer Skype or Mumble which seem to be properly managed.
