Although I'm not the one to accept applications, I can point out that you don't meet the age requirements. Unless one of the owner's sees something in you, you can't join. Perhaps arrangements could be made for a try-out/verbal evaluation?

Favourite Server: KLAP - East Coast but it varies. I also play on arena matches too.
Why you want to join FBA: I talked to [FBA] Striker on KLAP and found out that him and a few other people in this clan are from Ace of Spades classic, like me, and we talked about the classic and when we had met then. The clan seemed like one of the better communities from who I remember on KLAP and I would be happy to try and add on to that!

If this ban has been made permanent, treat this as an official 'appeal' - I was unable to find a thread for the server itself. If it's indeed not you guys who run the server, could you direct me to those that do? Thanks.

This was a votekick, it lasts half an hour after the player is kicked. You'll be unbanned soonish.

Also, no video footage is required, I do apologise for the misunderstanding. Just a lot of players were calling you a hacker, but no one was doing anything about it.

I was also wondering if you'd be interested in a small 3 vs 3 to 5 vs 5 match on Sunday? We (LINES) have quite a few Australian players ourselves (myself included) and would love the opportunity to test our mettle against you guys.
We have a few servers of our own to use, though I suppose given the location of players yours would be preferable, provided it isn't hosted on a toaster.
