Your English is terrible, I can't even read it. Why are you a clan owner? It makes you out to be immature, I call myself a clan leader which lets everyone know that I am in charge but with you it seems like its your way or the high way just from the second sentence of your post. You also have way to many things enlarged and in bold, it hurts my eyes and is just silly. Your application and recruitment system also needs a bit of work. You shouldn't have users pm you but rather have them post in this thread. The application is also bad, instead of country make it timezone. You don't need to know peoples real names too as that is just creepy.

Going a bit farther up you can see the about section. There is literally nothing here except a sentence about how you want the clan to be big and all. Look at my clan or most other clan's about section. They are all very detailed and encourage users to join. Until you fix your English and pretty much re do the whole post I don't see you getting any real members here.
