so this winter break i am trying to learn Hebrew and it is my new years resolution to be fluent in it by 2015
any help on this matter

you can go to Israel and pray to god, though god would not help much Israel would be a great place to learn Hebrew. Going to the country or place where the people speak what you are learning is a great way to get better at a language. I went to Texas but the people talk twice as fast as my Spanish teacher.
