Hi guys Im thinking of getting a new PC my old is ... old.
So I have a question what prozessor is the best it would be good if someone can rank them up .
I think the best is the " Intel ® D820 Dual Core 2 x 2,8GHz Prozessor " but still would like to knew about the other two.
Acer AMD X2 3800 Dual Core mit 2x2.0 GHZ or
AMD Athlon 64 3700 mit 2.2GHZ
Intel ® D820 Dual Core 2 x 2,8GHz Prozessor

If you're going to upgrade your processor, you're going to need to make sure it fits your motherboard (unless you're going to upgrade that too). The Intel and AMD processors have different sockets.
Also, there's no such thing as an "Acer AMD" processor.
Edit: I just realised you're talking about getting a new ready-made PC. In that case, comparing only the processor is, quite frankly, stupid.

What kind of "ram"? What motherboards do they have? How about hard drives?
It'd be way easier if you just linked the ones you were looking at, or listed their full stats.

Thanks for the laugh. That is completely false.
My computer is extremely low end, and has 1gb of RAM. That's barely enough to play Terarria and Minecraft. Heck I can't even play Jagex of Spades as it requires 2 GB of RAM.
And saying they have nearly the same graphics cards is also a completely false statement. Low end computers that are less than
$500 generally come with crap intel cards that can't play decent games. To actually play games with high framerates and better graphics you need an nVidia or AMD card. I personally recommend AMD, I have only had problems with nVidia.
Also loading times of games depends almost solely upon the speed of your hard drive. Having a faster hard drive, means faster loading times for games.
Processor speed doesn't mean as much as you think. You can run a lot of games just fine with an i3, as long as you have a decent amount of RAM and a good graphics card.

This desktop has 768MB of RAM. There goes that idea of "all computers have 1GB of RAM".

While Vucgy isn't the brightest bulb ever and doesn't always compose his sentences brilliantly, I'm pretty sure he was talking about the 3 or so computers he is considering buying, not every computer ever - no-one's that stupid (I hope).

That was not clear from his post, a better way of putting it would have been:
The PC's I am considering buying all have 1gb of ram and same graphics cards.
That would clear up all confusion.

Implying vucgy is capable of such a thing. ;P
The fact that he called one of the processors an "Acer AMD" should have alerted you to the fact that he was taking these from pre-built computers.

Whoa Grease slow down with your power house PC. You have 3x what my PC has. How do you even use that much raw energy and speed?!?
