This is a generalization, however, as there are quite a lot of different communist "denominations". Some are internationalists, some are nationalists, some accept certain religions, some see religion as a whole as something bad that will compete with the State for power, etc.
btw, the opposite is true, to some extend: A Papal bula prohibited any Catholic from becoming a communist, lest they be excommunicated.

Islamic Communism does not make sense whatsoever. How can there be Islam and Communism in the same time? Both have opposite beliefs when it comes to economic/govt matters.
