Nobody gives a flying fuck how many posts you have. It's about what you post.
You see, you try to be very informative and such, but honestly, you're not an entire help. You don't always have the greatest facts and all. Some of your posts are just completely useless.
For exmaple:
It seems as if your post count means a lot to you. If it does, so be it. Just don't take it seriously. Nobody could honestly care. Just post with a reason.
Chances are this thread will be deleted, which it should. Hopefully you see this before it is, considering it does get locked.

Urgh, my browser crashed while I was typing this, so here's the abridged version:
Message from a bit of an ex-postwhore (I posted over 11k times in about about 3 years):
Quality is faaar more important than quantity, especially when most of your posts are misinformtion, failed jokes, or just one or two words (that last point is aimed at tallyyyyyy too). Now, I'm not saying having lots of posts is bad (hell, I've got more posts than you, so I guess I'm the second highest poster), but they have to be good as well as copious.
Basically, posting lots is fine, as long as you're not facerolling or doing it while watching your post count.

I will take these posts as a lessen and thanks Dan for the PM. Would you mind removing the thread I feel it has served its purpose and any more would be too much?

Dude just dude, as Zeke said that no one gives a flying f*ck about your post count and as tallyyyyyy and rakiru said "Quality is faaar more important than quantity", and I think that HoboHob doesn't really gives a f*ck about how many he post and some of his post are helpful to the community and stuff like rakiru.

LINESPQR or something like that?

My post count doesn't really matter and it never should, besides I know two people already told me.

1) Repeating answers already given. This is annoying enough at most times, but doing this after the topic starter has stated that the problem is solved is just obnoxious. It shows that you either A) don't read the topic before posting, B) want to bump your post count with an easy post, or C) think yourself far more important than anyone else who has already replied with the same points.
2) Playing it off as not serious. While you may not have been as serious as one person took you to be, it still makes you look stupid to try playing it off as not serious or joking.

Quality > Quantity
If you start posting stuff like "Oh, I didn't know that", then people just have a different perspective of you. No offence, but that perspective is usually that of a child to pre-teen.
