Does anyone know of a good free screen recorder that recors sound too?(please no one link me to bansicam)

I didn't know google.com was that much of a secret these days.

the only damn reasion i asked was because all of them tht were free either didnt record sound too,required windows 7, needed some microsoft framework (THAT I ALREADY HAVE) , or it just would not work.

I use fraps and it records both video and sound.

Fraps, cracked, it records full quality and easy to convert.

You can use FFMPEG from the command line to record the screen and any sound input jack.

There is also CAmStudio which is free, you need to enable the Mic from the preferences.
