Use Razer Game Booster, it has a recorder with it.

the only damn reasion i asked was because all of them tht were free either didnt record sound too,required windows 7, needed some microsoft framework (THAT I ALREADY HAVE) , or it just would not work.

I use fraps and it records both video and sound.

You can use FFMPEG from the command line to record the screen and any sound input jack.
There is also CAmStudio which is free, you need to enable the Mic from the preferences.
