Hey guys, I've been having issues with my eye's hurting lately. I've turned down the Brightness, but my eyes still begin to become sore, or stressed. I've heard a couple of people talk about Software that changes Hue or contrast that's easier on your eyes. So I was Curious if any of you could give me some recommendations on which software to use, or other ideas.
Thanks,
Screen Color Software.

I don't sleep a hole, as well go outside. It's just mainly at night. I have over sensitive eyes. I have to wear sunglasses during the day to keep from having migraines, It's annoying really.

It's not only bad for your eyes, but also for your mind.

Well I get the pain from A thing I have it's Photophobia. I have an intolerance to bright light mostly when the suns really bright and clear and fluorescent lights and the Pc. screen. This ends up causing Severe Migraines.
Thank you Tiki, This is way better I could literally feel the difference in the strain.

Try finding a custom themes. Something that has less contrasting colors.

It gets old, wearing sunglasses to search things on my lap top. But this program, helps very much. It gives the screen a yellow hue. It adjusts to the time of day outside to better ease the change. Such as, At the time the sun's brightest it gives a white screen and adjusts to a more yellowish as the sun goes down. So basically I'm not staring at a bright neon white screen all day, it's a softer yellowish tint.

Just installed Tiki's software.
I don't even know why I'm doing this.
