Help with undo'ing wrong program choices

I've trouble trying to undo the "recommended programs" thing that ruins some of my downloaded games, which uses some type of file I've screwed up with.
The only problem I had to solve is to undo the recommended programs on JSON files.
Helps are appreciated.

right mouse btn, open with, select as default program, done.
it's fucking rocket science!

I need the file to have no programs installed to it.

Since no one's helping except giving lazy-ass answers, a admin could lock it if they want to.

I explored my whole computer stuff like the start of 2013. I am not an expert of every program yet, but you cannot tell that I'm a noob on computers. If you cannot help, please do not reply.
