So I just bought Ace of Spades on the Steam Sale..

Here's the synapses:
Team Fortress 2: +40fps
Ace of Spades: -3fps

So I read about 30+ website threads about the game, apparently you can only smoothly run Ace of Spades with a NVIDIA Graphics Card.
So Basically I just wasted $5.00 for a Game to take up my PC space, that I can't even play.
It's not my PC, again, because TF2 runs +40fps, as well as most other games.

So I'm pissed off, and now I have to wait until Jagex updates the game to be compatible with other Graphics cards & PC's too.
Welp, I'm done ranting, not done being pissed off though.

I want to continue playing BuildAndShoot, but I can't because I have to hold Left Alt for any of my keys to register in the game.
THIS ONLY HAPPENS TO BUILD & SHOOT.
So don't start that "Ur pc is shit" or "buy a new keyboard" because My PC is perfectly fine & keyboard works. -_-
Anyone have a solution to that?
Note: No settings were changed when downloaded the game, drivers are all fine, etc.

Why are you posting this in the lounge? You should have read more on the game before you bought it; you can always ask steam for a refund if you want. For your Ace of Spades 0.x problem I would try making sure all the drivers are up to date again.

What drivers would I be looking at exactly?
And yeah, I should have- But I assumed since TF2 ran 40+ fps, AoS would deff be able to run smoothly- But WOW, IDK how they manage that amount of lag for so little graphics.

Graphics don't matter. Minecraft has 8bit graphics yet you can't play it on a computer from the 90's. Here is a page from Microsoft about keyboard drivers. http://www.microsoft.com/resources/docu ... x?mfr=true

Buy Ace of Spades .75 or .76. It's free. If you end up not liking the beta you may ask for a refund. :)

I know, I want to play the old one again, but my keys don't register to this specific game :|

it was really your choice to buy the game. there was a free weekend. did you test it then?
BTW, always do a little research before buying your games. #justsaying

I usually do- But didn't with this game because my PC specs meet the requirements to play it on Med-High settings, but the game did not say anything about having to have a certain GC to play it-

Why do you think people still host for the "prototype" version?

Please edit your post, and help to alleviate the cancer of the internet. But that DOES sum it up.

Does Iceball run better for you?
Make sure you run iceball-gl.exe for when you're actually on a server, as iceball.exe is a software-based renderer and quite frankly looks bad in comparison.
