And seriously, even if normal urban city users like us don't use Loon, the other 2/3 of the 2/3 of the world will.
Let's see it this way: User connects to Loon1, Loon1 connects to all other balloon forming a network. Hacker/Google connect to Loon network, somehow connect to User. User get hacked and mind controlled thru Loon.
