Which is more annoying? Hacker or Griefer?

I would say griefers as hackers can be killed by flanking them but with griefers the only way to get rid of them is to kick/ban them which is hard.

Griefers suck if votekicking and teamkilling are disabled and i'm not an admin/mod.

Griefing requires little to no knowledge to do. A lot of people hate idiots, so griefers.
