Kid's Shows That Are Weird When You Watch Them Years Later

Thomas the Tank Engine is ominous. A fat man, only known as the 'Controller' has used cyborg experimentation on the visitors to the theme park island he owns, called Sodder Island. The results of this cyboric experimentation was a fleet of half human half machine train people which he gave the names of dead kings and his sons who he killed to get their blood to power the machine that makes the trains.
The fat controller then issues orders to the vehicles at 5am everyday. At the end of the day, they must report back and he 'evaluate' their usefulness and priority. If he says you're a 'very naughty engine' he'll hack you to death over the course of several days.
He has minions though, train workers from before he bought the peaceful little island. He sliced them with wood and cyborg materials, for they are now just brains in wooden bodies. They have voice boxes, which often scream in pain and anger at their fate, but due to hypnotic waves the controller is sending out everyone thinks they are saying things in a very southern English accent.
Once people come to Sodder Island, they never go back. The police have visited but they came back saying there was nothing to report. The controller's horrific experiments go on, with the event of the 'naughty trucks' he programmed them to hurl themselves of a cliff into a ravine as a lesson to the trains.
