Expanding:
You can expand every round (except your attacking someone).
If you do,a random number between 1 and 100 gets rolled.
The number of territories you claim is Randum number *0,25.
11,22,33...99 give 50 territories.
You have to give a direction for the expansion(like north-east,south-west etc.)

Attacking:
If you attack someone,the scores of both empires will be compared and the winner will take the rolled amount of territories.
The score is caculated like this :[(Territories*0,25)+(Victories*0,5)-(Defeats*0,5)]{*0,5 if capital is lost}.

Nukes:
After Round 20 you can roll for a nuke.
If you roll 20,40,60,80 or 100 you get to launch a nuke.
The nuke makes 50 territories uncappable.

Other Rules:
You CANT fuse your empires!
You cant attack and expand in the same turn
The next round starts every day(I may miss to update SOMETIMES :<)
If you didnt do something in the round I expand your empire in the direction I want!
Your allowed to swap territories with other empires 1:1
If a Ally of you gets attacked,you automaticlly join the war.If you attack someone,your allies DONT have to join.
