i am wondering is it possible to change the spadllie master server adress? if it is please tell me.

While I'm sure it would be with a little work, I don't know how legally, well, not illegal it would be, since Spadille was always closed source.
I recommend sticking to AoS Portable or the current server list, which is very good anyway.

That's not what I mean I mean I want to know how so I can easly setup a server.

Why would you want to use the launcher to setup a server? Changing the config manually is easy enough, and it would be a better idea to use pyspades anyway.
