These aren't memes, they are funny pictures.

A meme is a joke, object, or social cue which is largely recognized and understood by whichever community is observing it. It can also mean many other things, from a biological perspective, but thats the definition which most accurately fits the jokes/pictures you are trying to represent as "memes".

Rickrolls are a meme, and "millhouse is not a meme" is a meme. Pictures with jokes about something doesn't necessarily make them memes. It can, but it doesn't.

Another good example can be taken from 4chan (since im sure many of you will understand what I am talking about) When people post spiderman pictures, those are not memes. But hijacking wincest threads with spiderman pictures IS a meme. Get it?
