Does anyone know a good server that you got on before or host that is pretty good?

A server that has No lag, 24/7(or on most of the time), small community, and faction pvp or just straight survival?

It's a hardcore server, if you die, you're banned until the next month starts. Meaning a lot of players early in the month. And then fewer and fewer as more and more people die.
