I used to play, but now I cannot find anyone who still plays in my area.

It's really hard getting then in Brazil, since you need to ask for a license from the army (or something like that) to have an airsoft and I just can't spare myself the trouble. So I just play paintball...
Professional pretty boy.
Don't hit on me you silly girls.

I love Airsoft! There is a CQB arena near me that people pay to play. My airsoft team gather and plays there. I play Mid-Assault. I rock a MP5-Navy-J variant, with about 550 rpm, 275 fps, effective range of 200-300 feet, and a mag cap of 400. My side arm is a Walther P9 which clocks in at about 300 fps. It is very much my close quarters solution. I carry three "Tornadoes" and two "Betty Jays" with me at all times. It's great fun. I don't believe in doing Milsim, but I do it for the competition, team play, and adrenaline.

I run pistols only and have a Digicon Custom Straight, a Tanaka M500 6.5 Hunter, Western Arms Magna Standard 6" SV Infinity, then two TM M1911A1s as "sidearms". If your MP5 has 200-300 ft range at 275 fps are you running an R-Hop or a classic with an LRB?.... because that range at that fps is physically impossible without drastic modifications or extremely heavy ammo...

Airsofts fun, but it does get bland.
I prefer paintball; I dunno why. It just seems more fun and less ' watch your six, check the corners '. That isn't bad, but I play that stuff to relax and shoot up some friends, not to sit in a foxhole for 3 hours until the game ends.
Also, most of my friends are more comfortable with paintball while with airsoft people just think ' wtf real guns? dooes it hurt? '.
also, airsoft is pretty rare in my town.

I have sincerely never seen any place where I can buy guns or play Airsoft in my town, not even people who play it to be honest.

Bobby Lemain wrote:An SV Infinity!? I'm jealous. I made a typo. My MP5 has a MAX range of about 200-300 ft. It's an R-hop. Have you seen the new Tokyo Mauro MP5K? I know the gun itself is mainstream, but it's crazy RPM. Low FPS, but CRAZY RPM. Like around 700. I want it. It'll make a good PDW.Lemon wrote:I love Airsoft!
