Build and Shoot

I want to start an ace of spades server but also run my minecraft server. I have a price limit of $15. i was told I could run the aos server off a VPS however I have never used a VPS and need some help. I want to run both servers from it if posable. Please provide a video and a link to the host.

There is no point investing in a Ace of Spades server since the prototype is stopping on December 1st.
