Build and Shoot

Hello,
I tried to enter a game of ace of spades yesterday when this error message popped up:

Table './buildand_phpb/phpbb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired [145]

I don't know how to fix this, or find the files. Does anybody know how to fix this?

The build and shoot website was down for a while, it's been fixed.
