Looks like you guys are really late to the whole SCP thing.
This 'creature' has been featured in a survival horror game called SCP: Containment Breach, which may or may not have been posted on this forum a while ago. Its description, in short, is a horrifying looking doll-as long as you keep visual contact-and will snap your neck the instant you blink your eye.
Another one is SCP-087:
Simply put, an unlit set of infinite staircase. With horrifying sounds of children crying and pleading. And flashlights will not work.
There's also a creature down there that will definitely fuck you up good... You can see it in the picture.

The freaky thing about that picture of SCP 087 is that the face only appears about half of the time.
