The game's not even that good based on what I've heard. Play MTA DayZ instead (and it's free k).
No clue as to why would you think that actions online should be punished in real life, the two have nothing to do with each other. I haven't heard of rapists and murderers getting a ban from some call of duty server as their punishment.
