If Juxta Left

This is more out of curiosity than a 'social experiment' but it really is quite simple. What would you do/ what would happen if Juxta left the community (for good?)
I predict that a few people would quit along with him, the chats and forums would be filled with dirges and groaning, and there would be a suicide somewhere. hopefully the kid with 100 accounts

Maybe they'd actually look to the people who vocalized interest in the position to make up the lone staff member instead of picking some dude off of Mumble.
