Build and Shoot

so i recently have gotten battlefield 3 on the origin on the house thing, well whenever i start up i get a error that says this
invalid license. reason code=Missing DLL:dxgi.dll function:CreateDXGIFactory1

does anyone have a solution and if you have it will you tell me how to do it,
yes ive contacted ea and crap but have not gotten anything useful, only redirects

It's probably about time you knew EA is an incompetent company when it comes to customer service, let this be a lesson to you.

In all essence there are still solutions to problems like these. Unfortunately asking for support in the forums of a different game entirely is generally a stupid thing to do. It doesn't matter if you've asked EA or googled already multiple times, there's no guarantee anyone here will be able to help you, because you're more likely to get help from EA or their forums rather than here, so let that be another lesson.

When in doubt, ask for a refund.

I would just keep looking on battlefield 3 forums or wherever, I searched for something and it sounds like you need to install directx11
