Jeffrey Chapman wants to have the tattoo removed or covered up because he's worried the ink will prejudice a jury during his upcoming trial for a 2011 slaying.

Heh, kind of reminds me of Trevor's "Cut Here" tattoo. I've been just waiting for someone to turn up dead with that tattoo slashed across by a knife.

I wonder if the tattoo was a response to he guilt. I don't know... The court should grant him the ability to cover it up to guarantee him a fair trial.
